The Scarlet-Marked are those who worship and serve The Red Cap and her vessels.
They tend to wear red and get nosebleeds whenever they are in the presence of the Red Cap. In service of the Red Cap, they perform ceremonial orgies and bleed on one another to provide the Red Cap with energy.
It is not known how many Scarlet-Marked there are or how one becomes a Scarlet-Marked.
