Pulsarus Industries was once the leading manufacturer of weapons technology in Ravisman. Often rivaling The Zionigen Corporation, the corporations would constantly attempt to one up each other.

At some point before the Sigma War, Pulsarus stole the plans for a modified version of Agent Orange, nicknamed Dust. As the Sigma war began they manufactured Dust, which was later used in the N.A.P Civil War, causing water to become scarce. Dust mutates and turns animals and humans into violent beasts meant to hunt and kill.
Pulsarus now prospers underneath N.A.P territory in a underground bunker where they continue to create weapons.
